The Design Profession Away Days

Every six months, the Design Profession hosts an Away Day for the whole Profession to get together to discuss the forthcoming plans across HMPO and Strategy & Change, and discuss the implications on the Design Profession. The purpose of these events is to:

  • ensure a common understanding of the strategic direction;
  • discuss the roles and responsibilities of the Design Profession;
  • share knowledge and learning with the Profession;
  • agree key actions that will make Strategy & Change a better place to work for us all.
